Process and Reasoning: For this piece I wanted to explore a loose painted style of a friend in ridiculous clothing. I chose to go with reds and blues as they contain great contrast and night-life energy; while also being more indicative of the actual tones in the scene. I am quite pleased with how the background turned out; but do feel there could have been more detail added to the scene.
