Open Sky New Album Premiere Interactive CD

Process and Reasoning: This was a larger project I worked on with several others. It's main goal was to give an alternative rock group an edgy look within an interactive CD that would promote their newest album. I acted as lead designer, programmer, and project manager. We started off by taking a great deal of pictures of them in the countryside and used these as the base theme. We also utilize tattered edges, fonts and blacks to give more of an edge. The project turned out very well and the cover we designed for the interactive project was also used for posters and their CD. The interactive part could have used some optimization, though, as it was a bit slow in some computers.
